I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pollux. Its central location in Zermatt made exploring the surrounding area easy, and the breakfast was a good highlight with a varied selection. However, the Wi-Fi was slow during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown, especially given the premium rate. Also, my room was quite warm, and while I could open the windows for fresh air, it meant dealing with some street noise at night. 😊
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pollux in Zermatt. the location was perfect, right in the center of everything I wanted to explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view of the Matterhorn. While the breakfast was extensive and delicious, I did experience minor noise from the street below at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely return.
My stay at Hotel Pollux was fantastic overall. The location was super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, really going above and beyond, especially with special dietary needs for my family. However, the room was a bit hot, and because it faced the main street, there was some noise from revelers late at night.

The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced, with a fantastic variety of options. However, the service at breakfast could have been quicker, which was a minor hiccup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pollux. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced my experience. The only downside was the pillows. they were a bit uncomfortable for my liking. Overall, the atmosphere and service made for a wonderful getaway.
